Privacy Policy

Qoom is built to be private by default. We collect nothing. Nothing leaves your device.
What the app uses, and why
- Location (optional, when-in-use). If you enable auto mode, your coordinates are used on your device to compute Fajr and sunrise times with the bundled adhan-swift library. Your location is never transmitted anywhere. You can skip location entirely and set a manual alarm time or enter coordinates by hand.
- Camera. Qoom asks you to photograph your prayer mat to confirm you're up and have prayed. Photos are stored only in the app's private storage on your device (one per day). They are never uploaded, analysed remotely, or shared.
- Prayer history & settings. Your streak history and preferences are stored locally on your device.
What we don't do
- No accounts, no sign-in.
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs.
- No third-party services. The app makes no network requests.
- No data collection of any kind, so there is nothing to sell, share, or breach.
Data deletion
Deleting the app deletes all of its data: settings, history, and photos.
